Following the meridian system, EFT targets specific spots on the body with gentle tapping. EFT helps to activate energy flow, release stagnant and/or stuck energy and maintain overall balance. Chakras A Sanskrit word meaning “wheels” are major energy centers in the human body that contains bundles of nerves, major organs as well as emotional, psychological, and spiritual states of being. For overall well-being, all chakras need to be clear, aligned and balanced. Clearing and balancing chakras helps with relaxation, clarity, physical and emotional healing. Meditation Science continues to show evidence that mindfulness meditation reduces negative emotions and mental disorders. There is emerging evidence that mindfulness meditation changes the structure and function of the brain regions that involved emotion, self-awareness, and helps regulate attention. |

BSP is stimulated by eye movements and biolateral sound. It bypasses the conscious, neocortical thinking to access the deeper, subcortical emotional and physical parts of the brain. It taps into the body’s natural process of self-scanning and self-healing ability. BSP benefits PTSD, trauma, and enhances creativity. Dance & Movement D&M is a form of expressive art that supports intellectual, emotional, and other functions of the body. It looks for the correlation between the movement and emotions. It helps the body and the mind to get “unstuck”. D&M helps with social connection, improve communication by translating verbal and non-verbal language, mood management, self-esteem and positive body image. |
